Grenadier Holdings appoints Mitch Darling as General Counsel
Mitch joins Grenadier Holdings from IPL Schoeller, where he most recently held the position of Head of Legal. Prior to this, he held a number of senior legal positions within the business and previously worked with AIB and A&L Goodbody, advising on a broad range of corporate, commercial and governance matters.
In his role as General Counsel, Mitch will work closely with the Board and leadership team, supporting Grenadier Holdings across governance, strategic transactions and matters relating to the long-term stewardship of the portfolio. His responsibilities will include:
- Supporting acquisitions, investments and other strategic transactions
- Advising on financing arrangements and corporate structuring matters
- Supporting Board governance and decision-making processes
- Providing legal oversight in relation to the stewardship of the portfolio
The Board is confident that Mitch's legal expertise, commercial judgement and experience will support the continued development of the organisation and its long-term investment strategy.
