Origins & Growth
Paragon ID was established in 2017 through the merger of ASK and Paragon Group's Identification division, bringing together complementary expertise in secure identification, contactless technologies, and traceability solutions. The transaction created a dedicated platform with the scale, capabilities, and international reach to support customers operating in increasingly connected and security-conscious markets.
Building on its foundation, Paragon ID expanded through continued investment in innovation, operational development, and targeted acquisitions, strengthening its position across identification, transport, payment, and tracking technologies.
