Patrick Crean is the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Grenadier Holdings. He sits on the Board of each investment company, working closely with leadership teams to support long-term value creation and the continued development of the portfolio.

He brings extensive experience in driving growth through acquisitions and business transformation, supporting the evolution and resilience of the businesses under Grenadier Holdings' ownership.

Patrick has led the organisation since its establishment in 1998, initially as principal shareholder and today as its ultimate beneficial owner. Prior to founding Grenadier Holdings, he served as Group Chief Operating Officer at Adare Group and held a number of senior leadership roles at Clondalkin Group during the 1980s.

Liam Devane is the Chief Financial Officer of Grenadier Holdings. He sits on the Board of each investment company, with responsibility for financial management, capital structure, reporting, and financial governance across the organisation.

He provides financial leadership and strategic insight, supporting capital allocation, performance management, and long-term value creation across Grenadier Holdings and its investment companies.

Liam joined Grenadier Holdings in 2023. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, having trained with KPMG Ireland. Prior to joining Grenadier Holdings, he held senior finance roles at Greencore Plc and Ardagh Group, most recently serving as Group Finance Director of Operations at Ardagh Group.

Pauric Crean is the Investment Manager of Grenadier Holdings and is responsible for all mergers and acquisitions activity across the organisation’s investment companies. He also sits on the Board of each investment company, providing strategic oversight and guidance to support sustainable growth. 

He plays a central role in overseeing capital investment activity at Grenadier Holdings and supporting the investment companies on mergers and acquisitions. 

Pauric joined Grenadier Holdings in 2018 and has completed over 30 acquisitions since then. Prior to joining, he worked in private equity. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MSc in Finance from University College Dublin (Smurfit Business School). 

Sarah Crean is the Company Secretary of Grenadier Holdings. She sits on the Board of each investment company, with responsibility for governance support and company secretarial matters at holding level.

She plays a central role in corporate governance, supporting strong controls, transparency, and effective board processes across Grenadier Holdings and the investment companies under its ownership.

Sarah joined Grenadier Holdings in 2018 as Group Financial Analyst. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and previously worked in the International and Domestic Business Audit division at PwC Ireland. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business and Law (BBLS) from University College Dublin and a Certificate in Company Secretary Law and Practice from the Law Society of Ireland.

Laurent Salmon is an Executive Director at Grenadier Holdings, providing senior oversight and long-term perspective at holding level.

He contributes experienced judgement and institutional continuity, drawing on international leadership experience across manufacturing and industrial businesses.

Laurent joined Grenadier Holdings in 2000. He previously held the position of Finance Director at Quebecor Worldcolor in Europe, Duracell in France, and Xerox Corporation in the United States. Laurent trained with Deloitte & Touche and holds a master’s degree in Finance from Paris IX Dauphine University.

John Rogers is an Executive Director at Grenadier Holdings, providing strategic oversight and contributing to the organisation’s long-term investment and growth agenda.

He contributes experienced judgement and sector expertise, drawing on international leadership experience across the technology and identification industries.

John joined Grenadier Holdings in 2014. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles including Executive Officer at Identiv, Vice President of Strategy at ASSA ABLOY, and Chief Executive Officer of Sokymat (now HID Global). He holds a degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin, an MBA from ESCP Business School, and has completed executive programmes at IMD Lausanne.
