Origins & Growth

Paragon's origins can be traced back to 1886, when the business was established in London to support the communication and operational needs of commercial organisations. Over the decades that followed, it built a reputation in business communications, document security and customer engagement, developing specialist expertise in areas where reliability, accuracy and trust were paramount.

As technologies evolved and customer requirements became increasingly complex, Paragon continually broadened its capabilities. Through organic development, strategic acquisitions and international expansion, the business evolved beyond its traditional print and communications roots into a diversified business services platform spanning customer communications management, business process services, fulfilment, and marketing services.

This long history of adaptation and investment has shaped Paragon into the diversified business services platform it is today.
