Paragon Group expands its Packaging business with the acquisition of Dean Packaging

Paragon Group, the leading provider of Customer Communications, Identification, Graphics Services and Office Services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Dean Packaging- a UK manufacturer and distributor of packaging materials effective 7th April 2022.

With highly complementary activities and customers, the acquisition of Dean Packaging will contribute to Paragon Group’s continuing strong growth in the packaging sector, building on both the 2020 acquisition of Trenton and the organic growth of packaging across the Group. 

Dean Packaging provides a full-service offering to its customers, bringing concepts from ideation through to full supply chain management. Dean Packaging, like the existing Paragon Packaging business, is passionate about creating sustainable, paper-based alternatives to single-use plastics. The business operates from a substantial supply chain facility in South Wales.     

Ian Kennedy and Iain Paget will continue to lead the Dean Packaging team, and, with the support of the Trenton team, they will look to accelerate their growth and expand their service offering to Paragon’s customers.
