OT Group Marks Launch of New Contract Brand with New Logistics Partnership and Customer Self-Serve Solution.

Following OT Group’s announcement to rebrand its contract division to Office Depot from 1st December 2023, the Group is taking significant strides in enhancing customer experience with the announcement of a strategic partnership with Global parcel delivery leader DPD and the launch of a new customer Self-Service solution.


The collaboration with DPD is expected to significantly improve delivery performance levels with DPD’s best-in-class service levels. The partnership aims to reduce OT Group’s carbon footprint by minimising the number of trailers used within its operations and leveraging DPD’s advanced automation and technology.  Customers will benefit from improved order management capabilities, including two-hour delivery time slots, real-time tracking, and a live dashboard for addressing any delivery queries.


In tandem with this logistics enhancement, OT Group’s contract division, Office Depot is proud to unveil its new Self-Service solution. The enhancements, provided directly within Office Depot’s online digital platform and enabled by the latest ERP system upgrade, represent a leap forward in customer interaction. The solution provides customers with full control and visibility over their orders. From monitoring each item’s status to tracking delivery in real-time and accessing delivery notes, credit notes and invoices; the solution is designed to increase transparency, convenience, and efficiency for all Office Depot customers.
